Thank you for choosing Cariberoro Beauty & Health LLC. Your appointments are valued, and we look forward to meeting you.

- Appointment Booking: To secure your appointment, a 25%  non-refundable pre-payment is required.

- Room Capacity: Due to the room's size, a maximum of two people are allowed during the appointment.

- Appointment Duration: Each booking requires the full amount of time quoted for a professional application. Appointments cannot run overtime as they are scheduled back-to-back. Additional services or changes must be notified 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

- Punctuality: Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to answer consultation questions and be prepared.

- Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy: You have a 15-minute grace period upon arrival. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. Same-day cancellations will result in a 25% service charge to the card on file if not rescheduled. A "no call, no show" will result in a 50% service charge to the card on file, and the deposit will not be refunded. You will also be banned from booking future appointments.

- Illness: If you're feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

- Photo Consent: With your permission, before and after service photos may be taken and used on social media and our website.

- Refusal of Service: The Esthetician reserves the right to refuse service to clients with infectious conditions or who display inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior. In such cases, the booking fee will not be refunded to cover the loss of the appointment.
