Description: We at SRT fairs are proud to have partnered with more than 1,500 schools across the globe! If you wish to be part of our ever-growing network and host a university fair at your school, here is what to expect:

• Tailor-made format designed to help your students discover, research and interact with Universities from across the globe

• A wide network of university partnerships with an average of 30 participating institutions per event

• Create exposure and visibility for your school among the local community

• Opportunities to network and expand the knowledge of your staff around international higher education

• Sessions and study abroad presentations for you and your students, conducted by expert admissions officers

• The event is free of charge for high schools, students, parents, and teachers.

The SRT E-Conference is a virtual event that connects high school counselors and IECs from specific world regions with international universities.

KIC UnivAssist

Description: KIC UnivAssist offers counselors the opportunity to host a group of visiting universities at their schools, which contributes to your school's college counseling efforts by:

• Hosting global universities, including an introductory presentation on higher education

• Advising sessions for students conducted by expert admissions officers

• Offering specialized workshops for high school counselors and students

• Counseling forums/fairs where university representatives meet with counselors, students, and parents in person to answer questions

Description: EducationUSA Fairs attracted more than 20,000 students in the past years, in 12 different cities and 9 countries.

• EducationUSA is supported by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Embassies across South America.

• EducationUSA advisers guide students before your visit, during your stay, and after you return to the U.S. We will help students follow up on your visit.

• Only accredited institutions will be present at the EducationUSA Fair and your institution will have access to local schools.

• In addition to the Fair, EducationUSA organizes school visits in order to provide universities with direct access to students and counselors.

Latitude South: From the Andes to the Atlantic (Inaugural Circuit)

Description: Latitude South Circuit 2026 is a counselor- and school-led university visit circuit across the Southern Cone, running April 18–29, 2026. The circuit includes school fairs and hub-style programming in Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, and Asunción, with built-in travel days and optional weekend flexibility. Designed outside traditional recruitment seasons, Latitude South prioritizes clarity, flexibility, and meaningful engagement in regions less frequently visited by international universities. Costs are limited to standard travel expenses, with optional opt-in group transportation in select cities. Full schedules, travel guidance, and host school details are shared in advance to support planning and internal approvals.

Itinerary 2026

• Saturday–Sunday, April 18–19 | Buenos Aires, Argentina
  Arrival weekend for international participants, with arrivals throughout the weekend. A welcome reception may be offered, details to be announced later.

• Monday–Tuesday, April 20–21 | Buenos Aires, Argentina
  School visits and hub-style programming.

• Wednesday, April 22 |  Montevideo
  School visits and hub-style programming.

• Thursday, April 23 | Travel day

• Friday, April 24 | Florianópolis, Brazil
  School visits.

• Saturday–Sunday, April 25–26 | Brazil (Weekend Decision Point)

  • Possible addtional fair in Florianópolis Saturday AM.  To be announced. 

• Monday, April 27 | Porto Alegre, Brazil
  School visits 

• Tuesday, April 28 | Travel day

• Wednesday, April 29 |  Asunción

  • Plan to leave on latest connecting flight at night, or the next day

More information: 

• Participation costs are limited to standard travel expenses (flights, lodging, local transportation, and meals not provided during visits).

• In select cities, there may be an optional small fixed fee to reserve seats on group buses, if offered.

• Commission-based agents or independent contractors working on commission are not eligible. Representatives must be direct employees or salaried contractors of the institution they represent.

• Any for-profit institution must clearly disclose its status during participation and in any related marketing materials.

• If capacity is reached, a waitlist may be used, with priority generally given to institutions able to join the full circuit.
