REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Participants are kindly asked to note that the Registration Fees covers the cost of attendance at conference sessions, conference material and meals – refreshment breaks, lunch, welcome reception, dinner.

Early Bird Fee structure (10% Discount) with payments made by October 2nd, 2023:

• CAS Members, participants and presenters: US$135 (or TT$920) per person

• Other Non-members, delegates, participants and presenters: US$180 (or TT$1,220) per person

• Post-Graduate & Under-Graduate Students (full time with student ID): US$90 (or TT$610) per person

Normal Fee Structure for payments made from October 3rd, 2023:

• CAS Members, participants and presenters: US$150 (or TT$1,020) per person

• Other Non-members, delegates, participants and presenters: US$200 (or TT$1,360) per person

• Post-Graduate & Under-Graduate Students (full time with student ID): US$100 (or TT$680) per person

Additional Costs:

• For persons who wish to bring a guest to the conference banquet, an additional cost of US$80 (or TT$544) per guest, will be charged to cover additional costs. This payment can be made using any of the options highlighted below.

Payment options include:

• Cheque and online bank transfers for local participants.

• Bankers’ cheque or cash on arrival (USD) (Overseas participants only).

• Wire Transfers.

Please note that persons paying on arrival are eligible for the early bird conference fee rate if ticket details are shared by the deadline of October 2nd, 2023.

Scholarships:

There will be limited partial scholarships available for:

• Presenters who are recent university graduates.

• Students who are not eligible for the student rates.
