🔹 Rights & Obligations

Company Rights

• Charge the renter for all traffic fines and penalties incurred during the rental

• Terminate the rental if the vehicle is used in violation of these Terms or in an unsafe or improper manner

Company Responsibilities

• Provide the vehicle in good technical condition

• Provide all necessary documents

• Cover mandatory insurance (OSAGO)

• Cover major repairs not caused by the renter

Renter Rights

• Receive the vehicle on time as agreed

Renter Responsibilities

• Inform the Company immediately in case of:
o accident
o damage
o theft
o damage to third parties

• If unable to contact the Company, contact the insurance provider if required

• Keep the vehicle in proper condition

• Use the vehicle only in normal road conditions

• Cover all operating expenses, including:
o fuel
o parking
o toll roads
o other usage-related costs

• Not:
o transfer the vehicle to any third party
o sublease the vehicle
o use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Pay all traffic fines

• Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition (normal wear and tear accepted)

🔹 Rental Payment

• Rental payment is charged for the agreed rental period

• No refund is provided for unused rental days or hours in case of early return

🔹 Rental Period & Extension

• The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date and time

• If the vehicle is not returned on time, the rental period is automatically extended

• The renter agrees to pay for all additional time used until the vehicle is returned

• If the vehicle is not returned at the end of the rental period:
o the Company may request the return of the vehicle
o the renter must return the vehicle within 2 hours of such request
o all outstanding rental charges must be paid

🔹 Insurance

• The vehicle is covered by mandatory insurance (OSAGO), which covers damage to third parties within legal limits

• If the renter is not at fault in an accident:
o no charges apply

• If the renter is at fault in an accident:
o damage to third parties is covered within insurance limits
o any amount exceeding the limit must be paid by the renter

• Without CASCO insurance:
o the renter is fully responsible for damage to the rented vehicle

• With CASCO insurance:
o the renter’s liability is limited to 100,000 AMD (deductible)
o the deductible is covered by the security deposit
o any damage exceeding this amount is covered by the insurance company

🔹 Liability

• If the renter allows an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle:
o the Company may charge a penalty of up to 100,000 AMD
o insurance coverage may become void

• In case of late return of the vehicle:
o delay up to 1 hour is free
o after that — 4,000 AMD per hour
o if the amount exceeds the daily rental rate, a full extra day is charged
o each additional 24 hours counts as a new rental day

• If the vehicle is not returned at the end of the rental period and the agreement is considered extended for an indefinite period:
o the Company may request the return of the vehicle
o the renter must return the vehicle at the time specified by the Company

• In case of failure to comply with the return request:
o the Company may charge a penalty of up to 100,000 AMD

• If the renter:
o drives under the influence of alcohol or drugs
o fails to report an accident or damage immediately
o leaves the scene of an accident

• In such cases:
o insurance coverage becomes void
o the renter shall be fully liable for all damages and losses

• The renter is responsible for vehicle downtime during repair caused by their fault

• The renter is responsible for loss of vehicle keys or documents

🔹 Other Conditions

• These Terms & Conditions become effective from the moment the booking is confirmed or the vehicle is received

• The rental may be terminated by either party by notifying the other party via the contact details provided during booking or published on the Company’s official website (including phone, SMS, and WhatsApp)

• The rental is considered terminated only after the vehicle is returned to the Company

• The renter must pay all charges accrued up to the moment of termination

• All notifications sent via such contact details are considered valid
