# Privacy Policy for CareLoad

CareLoad ("CareLoad", "the App") is provided by **WITH TLC LIMITED** ("we", "us", or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use **CareLoad — Routine Effort Analyzer**.
CareLoad is designed as a local, on-device routine planning and analysis application. The App allows users to create routines and activities, analyze time and effort information, compare routines, create variations, use planning simulations, and save related information locally on their device.
## 1. Information We Collect
CareLoad does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in.
The App is not designed to collect or transmit your routine information to WITH TLC LIMITED or a remote server.
We do not integrate analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud-account services into CareLoad.
## 2. Information You Enter Into CareLoad
You may voluntarily enter information into the App to use its features. This may include:
* routine names and descriptions;
* activity names;
* activity duration;
* setup, waiting, and reset time;
* frequency and selected days;
* physical effort ratings;
* attention-demand ratings;
* flexibility settings;
* routine categories;
* notes;
* saved routine variations;
* analysis snapshots;
* favorites and archived routines; and
* application preferences and settings.
This information is used by CareLoad to provide its routine planning, calculation, comparison, visualization, and analysis features.
The information you enter is processed locally on your device.
## 3. Local Data Storage
CareLoad stores application information locally on your device so that your routines, activities, variations, history, preferences, and other saved information can remain available between App sessions.
Depending on the type of information, CareLoad may use standard Android local-storage technologies such as a local Room database and DataStore preferences.
WITH TLC LIMITED does not operate a CareLoad cloud account or remote database for this information.
Your locally stored CareLoad information generally remains on the device until you delete it through available App functionality, clear the App's data through Android system settings, or uninstall the App, subject to Android device, backup, restoration, and operating-system behavior that may apply independently of CareLoad.
## 4. Routine Analysis and Calculations
CareLoad analyzes information that you enter to provide features such as:
* active and waiting time calculations;
* setup-time analysis;
* routine effort analysis;
* attention-demand analysis;
* repetition analysis;
* CareLoad Index calculations;
* Effort Landscape visualizations;
* Load Ribbon visualizations;
* routine comparisons;
* Rebalance comparisons;
* What-If simulations;
* workload distribution;
* planning insights; and
* routine variations.
These calculations are performed locally by the App using deterministic rules and calculations.
CareLoad does not send routine information to an artificial intelligence service or remote processing service to generate these results.
The CareLoad Index and related workload indicators are planning tools based on information entered by the user. They are not medical, health, fatigue, stress, or diagnostic measurements.
## 5. Android Permissions
CareLoad's core functionality is designed to operate without requesting Android runtime permissions.
The App does not require access to your:
* precise or approximate location;
* camera;
* microphone;
* contacts;
* calendar;
* phone calls;
* SMS messages;
* photos or media;
* nearby devices; or
* notifications.
User-initiated external actions, such as contacting support or opening the Google Play Store, use standard Android mechanisms and do not require CareLoad to request access to the information listed above.
## 6. Internet and Network Services
CareLoad's core routine planning, storage, calculation, visualization, comparison, and analysis functionality is designed to operate locally and does not depend on a CareLoad backend or remote processing service.
The App does not use a WITH TLC LIMITED server to synchronize your routine information.
Certain actions that you deliberately initiate may open an external application or service. Those external services may require an internet connection and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
## 7. Contact Us Feature
CareLoad includes a **Contact Us** feature.
When you choose **Email Support**, the App may request that an installed email application open a message addressed to:

CareLoad does not automatically send the email.
You decide whether to compose and send a message through your selected email provider.
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information that you voluntarily include in your message. That communication is handled through the relevant email services rather than CareLoad's local routine database.
## 8. Rate Us Feature
CareLoad includes a **Rate CareLoad** feature.
When you choose this option, CareLoad may open the App's listing on the Google Play Store.
CareLoad does not submit a rating or review on your behalf. Any interaction you choose to have with Google Play is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
## 9. Third-Party Services
CareLoad does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or cloud synchronization SDKs as part of the functionality described in this Privacy Policy.
The App may interact with external applications or services only when you deliberately select relevant functionality, such as opening:
* your email application to contact support; or
* Google Play to view or rate CareLoad.
Those services operate independently from CareLoad and may process information according to their own privacy policies.
## 10. Advertising and Analytics
CareLoad does not contain advertising SDKs.
CareLoad does not use third-party analytics SDKs to track how you use the App.
CareLoad does not create an advertising profile from your routine information.
If these practices change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and any applicable Google Play disclosures must be updated accordingly.
## 11. Data Sharing and Sale
CareLoad is not designed to transmit the routine and activity information stored in its local database to WITH TLC LIMITED.
We do not sell CareLoad routine data to third parties.
We do not share locally stored routine data with advertisers or analytics providers because those services are not integrated into the App as described by this policy.
## 12. Data Retention and Deletion
Routine information, activities, saved variations, snapshots, favorites, archived routines, and applicable preferences may remain stored locally until you remove them.
Depending on the available App functionality, you may delete individual items or clear CareLoad's locally stored data.
You may also clear the App's data through Android system settings or uninstall CareLoad.
Deleting App data or uninstalling the App may permanently remove locally stored information, subject to any Android operating-system backup or restoration behavior outside CareLoad's direct control.
## 13. Security
CareLoad uses standard Android application storage mechanisms to store its local application data.
Because CareLoad's routine information is designed to remain on-device and is not transmitted to a WITH TLC LIMITED backend for its core functionality, the App does not rely on a CareLoad cloud database for routine storage.
However, no method of electronic storage or device security can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore do not make an absolute guarantee regarding the security of information stored on a user's device.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for their devices, including any available device-lock and operating-system security features.
## 14. Children's Privacy
CareLoad is a general-purpose routine planning and analysis utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
CareLoad does not require an account and is not designed to transmit user-created routine information to WITH TLC LIMITED through a CareLoad server.
If a child uses CareLoad, a parent or legal guardian should supervise the child's use where appropriate.
If you believe that information has been provided directly to us by a child through a support communication, please contact us using the email address below so the matter can be reviewed appropriately.
## 15. International Data Processing
CareLoad's core routine information is stored and processed locally on the user's device rather than being uploaded to a CareLoad-operated server.
If you voluntarily contact WITH TLC LIMITED by email or interact with an external service such as Google Play, information associated with that interaction may be processed according to the practices and locations used by the applicable external service provider.
## 16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to CareLoad's functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or services.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the **Last Updated** date at the beginning of the policy will be revised.
If future versions of CareLoad introduce materially different data practices, relevant privacy disclosures should be updated before or when those changes become applicable.
We encourage users to review the current Privacy Policy when necessary.
