ABOUT the ORGANIZATION
We’re working to create a strong U.S. industrial base for hybrid electronics manufacturing – with our member community of companies, academic institutions, non-profits, and government partners – through three operational areas: our manufacturing consortium, our Technology Hub, and our education and workforce development programs. These three areas allow us to establish and grow the manufacturing industrial base, advance technology and fabrication, and secure human capital to create the workforce of the future.

NextFlex is excited to announce the launch of its Education & Workforce Development (EWD) Working Group, modeled after its dynamic collection of Technical Working Groups. The goal of this newest body is to provide active guidance, advisement, and collaboration with NextFlex’s EWD Director & team to support strategy, scaling, and program development at NextFlex thereby enhancing its impact for learners across the country.
This group is charged with “rolling up their sleeves” and actively participating in workforce conversations with the NextFlex EWD team. It is a closely-knit and highly-involved group, where participants help identify the workforce challenges they are seeing in their areas and collaboratively brainstorm solutions with the NextFlex Workforce Development team and community.
This group is instrumental in informing NextFlex’s EWD roadmap that will outline its future strategy.
NextFlex Learning Programs - NextFlex
NextFlex Learning Programs is the education and workforce development (EWD) arm of NextFlex, America’s Flexible Hybrid Electronics Institute.
Our learning programs focus on advanced manufacturing training through awareness building, recruitment, and skill building for the advanced manufacturing sector and hybrid electronics (HE) community.
