ATTENTION TO OFF-SIGNING CREW,

Please be guided accordingly.

Kindly ensure to register in Electronic Travel (https://etravel.gov.ph/) within 3 days before actual arrival date to receive personal OHP QR code, and accomplish Bureau of Quarantine e-Health Declaration Card (e-HDC) 24 hours prior OR on the day of travel by filling out necessary details including health status and past travel history.

Upon arrival at the Philippine airport, please approach the BOQ
(Bureau of Quarantine) desk for clearance and further procedures.

For arriving UNVACCINATED CREW:

As soon as possible upon arrival at Philippine airport, kindly contact and report in to Career Office thru mobile number: (0917-823-2027) to be send in to DOT/DOH-Accredited hotels for facility-based quarantine protocols until release of NEGATIVE RT-PCR test result, 5 days after the arrival.  

For arriving FULLY-VACCINATED CREW: 

Off-signing crew who are fully-vaccinated are no longer needed to present NEGATIVE RT-PCR test and undergo facility-based quarantine procedure under conditions that they have one (1) COVID-19 booster shot.

Fully-vaccinated crew are then required to report immediately to CAREER office for contract signing and to submit their documents (i.e. Passport, Seaman’s Book, Appraisal (if any), and colored printed copies /or colored photocopies of their COVID-19 Vaccinations & COVID-19 Booster Shot/s.
