This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User") and Corevia Technologies Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using Careerify, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Corevia Technologies Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Careerify for your personal career development and job search activities.
Job Seeker Tools: You may use the Resume Optimization and ATS compatibility tools to improve your professional materials.
Interview Copilot: This tool provides real-time assistance. You acknowledge that the Copilot provides suggestions and Corevia Technologies Inc. is not responsible for the outcome of any interview.
Career Intelligence Engine: Data input regarding your workplace performance is used to generate trajectory insights. These are interpretations based on your input and do not guarantee promotions or specific employment outcomes.
You agree not to:
Use the Interview Copilot in a manner that violates any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or company policies you are currently subject to.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the "Career Intelligence" algorithms.
Use the platform to generate fraudulent or misleading resume data.
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
All content, algorithms, "Career Intelligence" frameworks, and software associated with Careerify are the exclusive property of Corevia Technologies Inc. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access.
Careerify is an intelligence system designed to help you "look competent" and "build leverage." However, Corevia Technologies Inc. does not guarantee employment, salary increases, or promotions. Career outcomes depend on external factors beyond the software's control, including employer discretion and market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corevia Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of job opportunities or professional reputation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Careerify at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these terms or engage in activity that harms the platform's integrity.
CAREERIFY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Corevia Technologies Inc. is incorporated.
