Government Sanskrit College Thrippunithura

 The Career Guidance Cell of Govt Sanskrit College, Thrippunithura, has been actively supporting students through a wide range of academic and professional development initiatives. The cell comprises dedicated members including Dr. K. C. Suseela, Prof. T. V. Girija, Prof. Jyothsna Gangadharan, Dr. Sarika A, Dr. Shameeja Kabir, Dr. Muralisham H, and Brahmacharini  Sajitha. Key programs organized by the cell include PSC coaching, UGC NET and TET coaching sessions, personality development classes, resume building workshops, and demo interviews conducted in collaboration with the Employment Exchange. Noteworthy events such as the IKS class by Dr. Sudarshan JI from Jain University, Bangalore, and the Career Jwala session by Dr. Polachan have enriched the career outlook of students. Additional initiatives included webinars, essay competitions, communication skills classes, soft skill development programs, and quiz contests on topics such as financial literacy and Sanskrit career opportunities. The cell has celebrated the success of numerous students who qualified in UGC NET and KTET exams, including Siji M Rajan, Archana M S, and Krishna Shree Babu, among others. Despite its accomplishments, the cell continues to face challenges such as limited financial support, time constraints, and a shortage of staff. Nonetheless, it remains committed to empowering students through sustained career guidance and skill development efforts.
