Mandi Beavers

Hi! I’m Mandi Beavers, and I am so excited to serve students in this role.

I graduated from Rogers High School in 2014. During high school, I attended the Cosmetology program at Allen Thornton Career Technical Center, where I competed in SkillsUSA twice. During my senior year, I placed first at the state competition and advanced to the national level, where I placed sixth.

Through the Cosmetology program at Allen Thornton, I earned my cosmetology license before graduating from high school. This experience played an important role in shaping my career and showed me the value of career and technical education.

After high school, I attended Troy University and earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Following graduation, I moved to Pensacola, Florida, where I spent a year working in a salon and assisting with marketing for a small business.

I returned to the Shoals area in 2019 and have continued working behind the chair while operating my own small business. Through my experiences in cosmetology, marketing, entrepreneurship, and career and technical education, I have developed a strong network of industry contacts and a passion for helping others discover their strengths.

I am excited to use my knowledge, experiences, and professional connections to help students explore their options and find a career path that fits their interests, talents, and goals.
