Computer software that employers use to prescreen resumes before a human being ever sees them.
When you apply online, if you don't have the right formatting and keywords, your resume may get tossed out immediately.
In fact, 75% of resumes are rejected by an ATS before anyone even looks at them.

It is NOT in the proper formatting for ATS.
You should almost never use "templates" you find online because they contain tables and text boxes that will mess up the readability of your resume when it goes through the ATS.
Either start with blank Word or Google Docs sheet OR make it easy on yourself and use one of ECC's documents here
