- **Camera Access:** Used exclusively to capture a photo when marking attendance as visual proof of presence and to prevent proxy attendance. Photos are never shared or used for unauthorized profiling.
- **Location (GPS):** Accessed solely during attendance logging to verify that attendance is being marked within designated school premises. Location data is stored securely with the specific attendance record.

- **Administrator Information:** Name, professional email address, and school name for account provisioning and administrative communication.
- **Staff & User Credentials:** Assigned employee IDs and passwords generated by designated school administrators.
- **Attendance Metadata:** Student roll numbers, class/section details, entry timestamps, location coordinates, and proof-of-presence images.

Your data is securely processed and stored using Google Cloud Infrastructure and Firebase Firestore. We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access is strictly controlled via role-based access permissions.
