Cardsyra (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) helps users identify trading cards, view card information and market prices, manage collections, and access collection analytics.
Information We Process
When you use card scanning, the selected or captured card image is processed to identify the card. We may also process card details, collection data, anonymous account or device identifiers, subscription status, and technical information required for security and app functionality.
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
• Identify trading cards and return relevant card details
• Provide market-price information
• Save and analyze your collection
• Manage subscriptions and restore purchases
• Protect the app against abuse and maintain reliability
• Diagnose technical problems and improve the service
Third-Party Services
Cardsyra may use service providers including Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase, OpenAI, and trading-card data providers such as TCGplayer. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and only as necessary to deliver app features.
Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Cardsyra does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, maintain security, and resolve disputes. To request deletion of your associated data or ask a privacy question, contact us at the email address below.
Children’s Privacy
Cardsyra is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent.
Your Choices
You may choose not to submit card images, remove saved collection items, manage permissions through your device settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
