Welcome to Card Wallet - NFC & BIN ("the App"), developed by Find My Phone with Clap & Whistle ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions, e.g., GDPR) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to access, modify, or reverse-engineer the App’s code or data.
Use the App to store or process fraudulent or stolen card data.
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
The App provides the following features::
NFC Card Reader: Reads publicly available data from NFC-enabled cards.
Card Data Storage: Allows manual entry of card details (card number, bank name, cardholder name, expiry date and other data) stored locally in a Room database, encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption via SQLCipher. We do not collect sensitive authentication data to comply with payment card industry standards.
BIN Checker: Retrieves bank details using a third-party BIN Lookup API.
Card Validator: Validates card numbers using the Luhn algorithm.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter or read via the App.
Data Security: You are responsible for securing your device and the card data stored in the App. We recommend using a password or biometric authentication enable which available in app.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, including payment card industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS), when using the App.
Support Requests: When contacting support, provide accurate information to assist us in resolving your inquiry.
We use third-party SDKs and APIs. By using the app, you also agree to their terms and privacy policies:
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
All content, code, and design of the App are owned by Find My Phone with Clap & Whistle or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find My Phone with Clap & Whistle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or device damage.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App, and all stored data may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, additional rights under GDPR may apply.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. We will notify you via the App or email (if provided) of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
