Card Value Scanner allows users to:
Scan trading cards
Identify cards and card details
View estimated card values
Access card analytics and insights
Create collections and watchlists
The App provides informational and entertainment purposes only.
Card values, pricing information, rarity scores, and market insights are estimates based on available data and AI-generated analysis.
We do not guarantee:
Accuracy of card values
Future market prices
Investment performance
Profitability of any purchase or sale
You should conduct your own research before making buying, selling, or trading decisions.
You retain ownership of images and content you submit to the App.
By uploading or scanning images, you grant us a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and submit such content.
Certain features use third-party artificial intelligence services, including Claude API provided by Anthropic.
AI-generated results may:
Be incomplete
Be inaccurate
Contain errors
Misidentify cards
You acknowledge that AI outputs should not be relied upon as guaranteed facts.
Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple and are governed by Apple's payment policies.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law
Reverse engineer the App
Interfere with App functionality
Upload harmful or malicious content
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Use automated tools to abuse the Service
The App, including its design, features, logos, text, graphics, software, and technology, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.
The App may rely on third-party services, including AI providers and analytics providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OF RESULTS
UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Trading losses
Collection valuation disputes
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App during the previous twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
