For the purposes of these Terms:
Application refers to CardscapeX, the software application provided by the Company and made available for download on supported devices.
Application Store means the official digital distribution platform through which the Application is downloaded, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Affiliate means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where control means ownership of at least fifty percent (50%) of voting rights or equivalent authority.
Country refers to: Seychelles.
Company (referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to:
