Cards for Cancer was founded by a 27 year old NJ resident named Lindsey Miragliotta.  

In October of 2005, her mother was diagnosed with Stage 0 Breast Cancer.  After a mastectomy and rounds of radiation, her mother was cancer free in November 2005. Only a month after,  Lindsey was diagnosed with Blood Cancer Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  After 2.5 years of chemotherapy she was pronounced cancer free on April 20th 2008.  (Pink & Orange  ribbons for her and her mother are symbolized in the company logo) 

Each month there are different colored ribbons that represent various forms of cancer in the world. Example: October is well known as breast cancer awareness month.  With that idea, each show will have a different cancer that a percent of profits will be raised towards.  

Together, as a  trading card community, we can help raise money towards putting an end to cancer, one card at a time.
