Card Reign – Privacy Policy

We built Card Reign as an entertainment mobile game. This page explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. Card Reign does not offer real-money gambling.
Platform Differences (Rewards & Virtual Items)
• iOS: The game uses “Game Tickets” (plays) for free gameplay. You may earn extra Tickets by watching rewarded ads. Coins are not used or displayed on iOS.
• Android/Web: The game uses an in-game Coins wallet. You may earn Coins by watching rewarded ads. Coins can be used for in-game buy-ins and prizes (all virtual).
Advertising
Advertising (AdMob & Unity Ads)
We use Google AdMob and Unity Ads to show in-app advertisements. Through mediation, the highest-paying eligible ad source may serve an ad. These networks may collect or access the Advertising ID (AAID/IDFA), IP address, coarse location, device and app information, and ad interaction data for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and performance measurement. Where required by law (e.g., EEA/UK), we ask for consent to personalized ads via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you do not consent, you will receive non-personalized ads.

ATT (iOS)
Where required by Apple policy (e.g., for ad personalization), we will request AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) permission. If you decline, you will receive non-personalized ads and identifiers will not be used for cross-app tracking.
Firebase (Google) Services
We use Google Firebase to run core features. Privacy info: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Authentication (Anonymous/Guest): lets you play without a social account. We store a Firebase-generated anonymous identifier to keep your progress.
• Cloud Firestore (Database): stores your profile (display name/avatar you choose), virtual balances (Coins on Android/Web; Tickets on iOS), gameplay progress (e.g., daily/weekly participation), and leaderboard results (e.g., weekly winners and prizes).
• Cloud Functions: server-side logic (e.g., awarding weekly prizes; crediting rewarded-ad events).
We do not sell personal information.
Data We Collect
• Account & Gameplay: profile name/avatar you choose; gameplay progress; virtual balances; leaderboard placements and rewards.
• Identifiers & Device Info: advertising identifiers (via AdMob) and device/app info used for security, fraud prevention, ads delivery, and diagnostics.
• Logs/Diagnostics: crash/performance events (if enabled by Firebase/OS).
How We Use Information
To provide gameplay; leaderboards and rewards; prevent abuse; improve stability/features; and show ads (personalized only with your consent where required).
Virtual Currency & Items
Coins and Game Tickets are virtual only, for entertainment purposes. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Clarification on Virtual Rewards (Android version):
All coins, prizes, and winnings in Card Reign are entirely virtual and exist only within the game. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money or anything of monetary value. Card Reign does not offer real-money gambling, cash prizes, or any form of real-world betting.
This virtual gameplay simulation is for entertainment purposes only, and participation is free of charge. Any “$” or “coin” symbols used in-game are visual representations only of the in-game virtual currency.
Gambling Disclosure:
Card Reign simulates gameplay similar to card or casino-style games but offers no opportunity to win real money, goods, or services. All outcomes are random or skill-based for entertainment only.
Legal Basis & Consent (EEA/UK)
We rely on consent for personalized advertising (via UMP/ATT). For core app operations (security, fraud prevention, storing progress), we rely on legitimate interests and/or contract.
Data Retention & Security
We keep account/gameplay data while your account remains active or as needed to operate the game. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Firebase; access is restricted via Firebase Security Rules and server checks.
Children
Card Reign is intended for users aged 12 and over. If you are under 12, do not use this App.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact us to make a request.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your account and associated gameplay data from our systems. If you delete your account by mistake, it cannot be restored. For assistance, contact: cardreigncontact@gmail.com.
International Transfers
Data may be processed by Google Firebase/AdMob on servers outside your country (e.g., EU/US). Google’s transfer safeguards apply.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above.

Card Reign – Terms of Service

By downloading or using Card Reign (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Card Reign does not offer real-money gambling.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
The App is intended only for users aged 12 or older. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 12 years old. You may play as a guest (anonymous Firebase ID) and optionally create a profile (display name/avatar). You are responsible for your device and for activity under your account.
3. Virtual Currency & Items
Coins (Android/Web) and Game Tickets (iOS) and any other in-game items are virtual only. They have no real-world monetary value, are non-redeemable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Weekly leaderboard “rewards” are in-game only.
4. Ads, Rewarded Ads & Third-Party Services
The App may display ads (e.g., Google AdMob). If you watch rewarded ads, in-game rewards may be credited after the ad event completes successfully; rewards are not guaranteed if the ad fails or is interrupted. Third-party services may process data per their policies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. In-App Purchases (if offered)
Some features may be offered via in-app purchases. All sales are final except where required by applicable law. Prices and availability may change.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Do not cheat, bot, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, interfere with gameplay, or attempt to access data you do not own. We may monitor, restrict, or suspend access if we detect violations.
7. Updates & Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue the App (or any feature such as events, ads, rewards, or leaderboards) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. Virtual items and currency have no cash value and are not refundable upon termination.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
