Welcome to Cardivoree.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cardivoree mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. About the Service

Cardivoree is a mobile entertainment application operated by:

Throughout these Terms, "Company", "we", "us", and "our" refer to SHVAYO - S.M. PLTD EOOD.

2. Eligibility

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

• Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Service.

This license does not grant ownership of the Service or any intellectual property associated with it.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Virtual Content

The Service may include virtual items, game progress, achievements, rewards, or similar digital content.

Such content:

• Has no real-world monetary value;

• Cannot be redeemed for cash;

• Does not constitute property ownership;

• May be modified, adjusted, or removed at our discretion.

The Company does not guarantee the continued availability of any virtual content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to:

• Software

• Game mechanics

• Artwork

• Graphics

• Animations

• Audio

• Logos

• Trademarks

• Text and design elements

are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links, integrations, or references to third-party services.

We do not control such services and are not responsible for:

• Their content

• Their availability

• Their privacy practices

• Their terms of use

Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their own policies and agreements.

8. Service Availability

We continuously work to improve Cardivoree, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features;

• Update content;

• Perform maintenance;

• Suspend or discontinue portions of the Service;

at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• You violate these Terms;

• We reasonably believe misuse has occurred;

• Required by law;

• Necessary to protect the Service, users, or Company interests.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

• Merchantability;

• Fitness for a particular purpose;

• Non-infringement;

• Availability;

• Accuracy;

• Reliability.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or operate without interruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

In any event, the Company's total liability shall not exceed:

• The amount you paid for the Service during the previous twelve months; or

• USD $100 if no payment has been made.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

When material changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the Service or other appropriate means.

The updated version will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Service.
