The Cardinal Ridge HOA Board meets quarterly as part of it's responsibility to manage and oversee operations of the homeowners association through enforcing rules, maintaining common areas, managing fiances and ensuring adhersance to the governing documents. HOA members are encouraged to submit requests, questions, ideas and concerns to the board for the betterment of our homes and neighborhood.
