We deliver vocational and practice-based programmes in tourism, hospitality and events. Cardiff is a great city for learning about T.H.E with its green spaces, heritage sites, stadia, arts venues and waterfront restaurants and bars, but the world really is your oyster with these global industries.
The pandemic has sped up the introduction of innovation in our industries, but the sectors have always sought to provide new and novel customer experiences. Many jobs still emphasise the soft skills that come from customer facing roles, but the increased prevalence of robotics, augmented and virtual reality and immersive experiences in the T.H.E sectors means digital literacy and IT skills provide further pathways for those wanting to work in visitor attractions and events. Management careers can take you into specialist roles such as marketing, HR and finance.
You can also explore careers in fields as varied as destination management, transport, accommodation, bars, corporate hospitality, commercial catering, data analytics, conferences and exhibitions and crisis and project management. Opportunities exist in the sport, arts and entertainment, commercial and charity sectors. There is also great potential for self-employment.

NHS Wales stands for National Health Service of Wales providing healthcare to some 3 million people who live in the country. The NHS has a key principle which is that good healthcare should be available to all, regardless of wealth.
We help improve and save lives and we could not do that without our people. And we are not just talking about our clinical roles - such as doctors and nurses.
The NHS could not survive without its electricians, accountants, and healthcare support workers either - to name just a few of the many other roles on offer. In fact, there are over 350 roles in NHS Wales.
We need people who are compassionate and want to make a difference. All our people play a vital role in keeping the population of Wales fit and healthy.
The expected future demand for healthcare and related jobs is high compared to other jobs in Wales. You can be sure of a wide choice of career opportunities, all of them challenging and rewarding.
