Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cardiac Alarm Apple Watch application ("App"). The App is owned and operated by an independent developer ("I", "me", or "my").
By downloading or using Cardiac Alarm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
About Cardiac Alarm
Cardiac Alarm is a standalone Apple Watch app designed for continuous heart rate monitoring, specialized in detecting and alerting to critical drops in pulse.
The App is available free of charge for the first 30 days. After the free trial, continued use of all features requires a monthly subscription of $1 / €1, billed through your Apple account.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings. If you cancel, access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period.
License
I grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms of service.
You may not:
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App:
For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
To distribute malware or disrupt App functionality
In a way that infringes on my or others' intellectual property rights
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Information
Service Name: Cardiac Alarm Premium Subscription
Subscription Type: Auto-Renewable Monthly Subscription
Subscription Duration: 1 month (renews automatically)
Price: $1 / €1 per month
Free Trial: 30 days for new subscribers
All payments and subscriptions are handled securely by Apple's App Store. I do not process or store any payment information myself.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Apple account settings.
Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
I do not collect personally identifiable information through the App. Any communication you initiate (e.g., via email) will be handled solely for support and deleted once no longer needed.
Updates and Availability
From time to time, the App may be updated to improve performance or functionality. You agree to install such updates to continue using the App.
I do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to me. You do not acquire ownership rights by using the App.
Limitation of Liability

This app is intended for informational and monitoring purposes only. Cardiac Alarm is NOT a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not designed to replace emergency services or professional clinical monitoring. In case of an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the App.
Termination
I may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App and all its copies.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Croatia.
