Dimar & Sons LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates the CardHunt – Sports Card Scanner mobile application (the "App").

Payments and subscriptions for the App are processed through Apple's App Store and related Apple services. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card number.
Apple may process purchase information in accordance with Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
CardHunt may use artificial intelligence and third-party AI services, including OpenAI's GPT API, to provide card recognition, information extraction, analysis, and estimated valuation features.
When you request an AI-powered analysis, information contained in the submitted card image and/or related information may be transmitted to the applicable AI service for processing.
By using AI-powered functionality, you expressly acknowledge and consent to this processing.
The AI service may process the submitted information according to its applicable terms, policies, and data-processing practices.
We do not represent that AI-generated results are always accurate.
We may process information to:
Provide card scanning and recognition;
Analyze sports cards;
Generate preliminary value estimates;
Manage your card collection;
Provide AI-powered features;
Maintain and improve the App;
Process subscriptions and purchases;
Provide customer support;

Any card value, price, market estimate, or other valuation generated by CardHunt is provided for informational and reference purposes only.
The estimated value may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or different from the actual market price.
The App does not guarantee that a card can be sold for the estimated amount.
Factors including card condition, grading, authenticity, market demand, edition, rarity, location, timing, and marketplace conditions may significantly affect the actual value of a card.
You should independently verify any valuation before making financial, purchasing, selling, or investment decisions.
Depending on the specific feature and technical implementation, information may be stored locally on your device and/or on servers or third-party services used to operate the App.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
