These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CardExa: TCG Card Scanner mobile application (“Application”) provided by Vysion Developers (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Application immediately.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your activity within the Application.
The Application allows users to scan trading cards, access market price data, analyze card conditions using AI tools, and manage digital portfolios. You agree not to misuse these features.
The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features such as unlimited scanning, AI grading, live price alerts, and portfolio tools:
Weekly Subscription: $6.99 USD per week
Yearly Subscription: $34.99 USD per year
Prices may vary depending on your location and applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-ren is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
For billing issues such as duplicate charges or accidental purchases, please contact Google Play Support directly.
In exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues caused by the Application), you may contact us at vysiondevelopers@hotmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All in-app purchases are processed via the Google Play Store.
Purchases are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application
Use the Application for fraudulent or illegal purposes
Violate intellectual property rights belonging to us or third parties
Misuse card pricing data or attempt to manipulate marketplace data
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including its content, features, and design, are owned by Vysion Developers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All third-party trademarks, card images, and brand names (including Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
CardExa provides market price data, AI-based grading estimates, and analytics for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of pricing data, grading results, or market trends. You acknowledge that trading card values may fluctuate and that any financial decisions are made at your own risk.
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any damages, financial losses, or claims resulting from:
Use of market pricing data
AI grading estimations
Portfolio tracking decisions
Any reliance on the Application’s information
The Application may use third-party data sources (such as marketplace pricing providers).
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of these third-party services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
