These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CardExa: TCG Card Scanner mobile application (the “Application”), provided by Codedesk (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Application through the Amazon Appstore or any supported platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use and uninstall the Application immediately.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
The Application enables users to:
Scan and identify trading cards
Access estimated market price data
Analyze card conditions using AI-based tools
Manage digital card collections and portfolios
You agree not to misuse the Application or its features in any way that could harm the Service Provider or other users.
The Application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features, including but not limited to:
Unlimited card scanning
AI-based grading insights
Real-time price alerts
Portfolio management tools
Example pricing (may vary by region and taxes):
Weekly Subscription: $6.99 USD
Yearly Subscription: $29.99 USD
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Amazon account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Amazon Appstore account settings.
If canceled, premium access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
All purchases are processed through the Amazon Appstore and are subject to Amazon’s refund policies.
Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law

Violate intellectual property rights
Manipulate or misuse pricing or analytics data
All rights, title, and interest in the Application—including its design, features, and content—are owned by Codedesk.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use only.
All third-party trademarks, including trading card brands, remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Application provides:
Market price estimates
AI-based grading insights
Analytical tools
These are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data. Trading card values may fluctuate, and any decisions you make are at your own risk.
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codedesk shall not be liable for:
Financial losses
Trading decisions based on app data
AI grading inaccuracies
Data interruptions or service downtime
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The Application may rely on third-party services for data (such as pricing APIs).
We are not responsible for:
The accuracy or availability of third-party data
External service interruptions
Content provided by third parties
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted within the Application or on our official page. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if these Terms are violated.
CardExa is an independent, unofficial application.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any trading card publishers or companies, including but not limited to:
Nintendo
The Pokémon Company
Konami
Wizards of the Coast
Bandai
Disney
All trademarks, card images, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and reference purposes.
