This Privacy Policy explains how CarDash (“CarDash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you download, access, or use the CarDash mobile application.
CarDash respects your privacy and is committed to handling information transparently and responsibly.
CarDash does not directly request or store personal information such as your name, email address, home address, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment card details.
However, CarDash uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
When you purchase, restore, renew, or cancel a subscription, RevenueCat may process subscription-related information, including:
An app user identifier;
Subscription and purchase history;
Product and subscription identifiers;
Purchase, renewal, and expiration dates;
Subscription status;
Google Play purchase tokens and transaction information;
Device type, operating system, app version, and other technical information necessary to provide subscription services.
The app user identifier may be generated automatically or associated with an internal CarDash user identifier. CarDash does not use this information to identify you outside the application.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
CarDash and its developer do not receive or store your full credit card number, bank account information, or other complete payment credentials. Google Play processes payments according to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
RevenueCat receives subscription and purchase information from Google Play so that CarDash can determine whether you have an active subscription and provide access to paid features.
Subscription-related information is used only to:
Verify whether you have an active subscription;
Unlock and maintain access to premium features;
Process subscription renewals and cancellations;
Restore previous purchases;
Identify subscription errors;
Prevent fraudulent or unauthorized access;
Provide customer support related to purchases;
Maintain subscription records and aggregated subscription reports;
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
CarDash does not use subscription information for targeted advertising.
CarDash uses the following third-party services:
RevenueCat provides subscription management, purchase validation, entitlement management, and subscription reporting services.
RevenueCat processes information on our behalf according to its own privacy policy, security practices, terms, and data processing agreements.

Google Play processes payments, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and other store-related transactions.
Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Play’s applicable terms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Subscription-related information may be shared with RevenueCat and Google Play only as necessary to operate subscriptions and provide the application’s paid features.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, or government requests;
Protect the rights, security, and property of CarDash, its users, or others;
Investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of applicable terms;
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Subscription-related information may be retained for as long as necessary to:
Maintain and validate your subscription;
Restore purchases;
Provide customer support;
Resolve payment disputes;
Prevent fraud;
Comply with accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer required for these purposes, we will request its deletion or anonymization when reasonably possible.
RevenueCat and Google Play may retain certain transaction records according to their own legal obligations and retention policies.
You may request access to or deletion of subscription-related information associated with CarDash by contacting us using the email address provided in the Contact Us section.
To locate the correct subscription record, we may ask you to provide limited information, such as your app user identifier or Google Play order number.
After verifying the request, we may delete or request the deletion of the relevant RevenueCat customer record, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Deleting subscription information does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscription cancellations must be completed through your Google Play account.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Subscription information transmitted between CarDash, RevenueCat, and Google Play is transmitted using secure network connections.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
RevenueCat and other service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate contractual and security safeguards are used to protect information transferred internationally.
CarDash is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through CarDash, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Request information about the data processed about you;
Request access to your information;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of your information;
Request restriction of certain processing activities;
Object to certain processing activities;
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
Submit a complaint to a competent data protection authority.
