My professional journey began with two years in the U.S. Army followed by a decade in a call center environment at the Miami-Dade Police Department , building a foundation of commitment and organization. As the owner of Concept Advancement Research Development LLC (CARD LLC) , a veteran minority-owned business , I leverage this experience, along with my Associate in Business Administration and Bachelor's in Public Administration , to focus on administrative management consulting. CARD LLC's mission is to connect under-represented businesses with public and private funding and contracting opportunities through strategic business development and as a certified reseller of IoT solutions from partners including Ingram Micro, Synnex, Cisco, Aruba, and Extreme Networks.
