By accepting the terms of the agreement, the user also accepts all statements made by Collarchive regarding the use, membership and services within the application and portal. The User accepts, declares and undertakes to act in accordance with all matters specified in the aforementioned statements.
a) Persons who have agreed to become users agree to enter the system only with their own e-mail and password.
b) Collarchive may terminate this agreement unilaterally and cease the User's use of this application at any time, without giving any justification, without any notification and without any obligation to pay any compensation, with immediate effect.
a) The user shall act in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and all applicable legislation while performing the user procedures, benefiting from the products or services in the application and performing any transaction related to the products or services in the application, and that he/she has read all the terms and rules specified in this agreement, acknowledges that he understands and approves.
b) The User acknowledges that in cases where Collarchive is obliged to make a disclosure to the official authorities in accordance with the legal legislation, if this information is requested by the official authorities in accordance with the procedure, he/she will be authorized to disclose the information of the users obtained within the application to the official authorities, and for this reason, he/she shall be authorized to disclose the information obtained within the application to the official authorities, regardless of the name he/she is under. accepts that no compensation can be claimed.
c) The user is obliged to keep confidential the system access tools (such as username, password, code) he uses to access the application. The right to use system access tools belongs exclusively to the user. The user will not disclose this information to third parties. The user is entirely responsible for the consequences of the use of system access tools by a third party. Collarchive is not obliged to identify the persons who make such irregular uses. Without prejudice to the above-mentioned provisions, the User accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is responsible for the use of this information by a third party and its consequences, and that the transactions made through the use of this information are binding on him/her. If the user learns that his password has been compromised by others, he is obliged to inform Collarchive immediately.
d) The User declares that he/she will be authorized to disclose the user's information to the business partners with whom Collarchive has entered into an agreement for the performance of the products and services subject to this contract and/or for this purpose, and that he/she accepts this matter. For this reason, he accepts that no compensation can be claimed from Collarchive under any name.
e) The user accepts and undertakes that the information and content provided by him/her within the application is accurate and legal. Collarchive is not obliged or responsible to investigate the accuracy of the information and contents transmitted to Collarchive by the user or uploaded, changed and provided by the user through the application, and to undertake and guarantee that this information and contents are safe, accurate and lawful, and it is not responsible for the use of such information and contents. is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to inaccuracy or error.
f) Collarchive is not responsible for the content published by third parties, including the user, in the application and on the websites linked through the application. The accuracy and legality of the information, content, visual and audio images provided and published by any third party are entirely the responsibility of the persons performing these actions. Collarchive does not undertake or guarantee the security, accuracy and legality of the services and content provided by third parties.
g) The User accepts, declares and undertakes that Collarchive will communicate with him/her within the application and provide information such as campaigns and promotions.
h) Collarchive reserves the right to unilaterally change the products, services and contents offered in the application at any time, and to close and delete the information and contents uploaded by the user to the system to third parties, including the user. Collarchive may exercise this right without any notice or advance. If the changes and/or correction requests requested by Collarchive from the user are not fulfilled within the specified period, Collarchive will not be responsible for any damages that may have occurred and will have the right to freeze or terminate the user's right to use the application.
i) For ease of reference or for various reasons, links may be provided within the application to some websites or content that are not under the control of Collarchive. These links do not support the website or content owner in question, nor do they constitute any kind of representation or warranty regarding the website or the information contained in the content. Collarchive, although the contents of third party websites are not limited to those listed here; is legal, accurate, reliable, timely and appropriate, the information, data, software, products or services used in its content are commercially available, the operation and administration of the website will be error-free and uninterrupted, faults, defects and disorders will be corrected, the website will be free from damaging elements and It does not make any suggestions or recommendations that it is free from viruses and does not give any trust, declaration or guarantee to the user in these matters. Collarchive has no responsibility for the portals, websites, files and contents accessed through the links on the application, the services or products offered through the portals or websites accessed through these links, or their content.
j) Collarchive may use the user information contained in the application in any way it wishes, outside the services, for user security, fulfillment of its obligations, some statistical evaluations and internal audits, or as demographic information for advertising and/or promotion. They can classify and maintain on a database.
k) Collarchive reserves the right to change, reorganize and discontinue the application and the terms of use of any service, product, application available in this application and its extension, as well as the information provided in the application, without prior notice. l) Collarchive does not give any guarantee that the services it provides within the scope of the application will always be active and accessible. All elements (including, but not limited to,) belong to Collarchive and/or are used by Collarchive under copyright obtained from a third party. All these elements belonging to Collarchive, which are protected under Intellectual and Industrial Rights, cannot be changed, copied, reproduced, translated into another language, republished, resold, shared, distributed, exhibited, used outside the scope of the User Agreement or derived from them without prior permission and citing the source. studies cannot be done or prepared. The changed provisions of this User Agreement will become valid on the date they are announced or, in the case of a previously stated validity date, on the validity date; The remaining provisions will remain in force and continue to produce their provisions and consequences. This User Agreement cannot be changed by unilateral declarations of the members.
The term force majeure refers to events that occur beyond Collarchive's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes, attacks on the application, portal and system despite Collarchive taking the necessary information security measures and which Collarchive does not exercise due diligence. It will be interpreted as unavoidable events that cannot be prevented despite showing the situation.
In all cases deemed as force majeure, the parties are not liable for late or incomplete performance or non-performance of any of their obligations determined by this agreement.
a) The User declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in this agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about him/her.
b) This agreement has entered into force upon mutual acceptance of the user's membership request electronically and will be implemented together with its annexes. If there is a conflict between the annexes and the provisions of this agreement, the provisions of this agreement will prevail.
