Modification of Terms: Carbit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms by email or notification on the website or the Carbit Moderation Bot. Your continued use of the Product after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination: Carbit may terminate your access to the Carbit Moderation Bot at any time for any reason. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately terminate, and you must immediately cease all use of the Carbit Moderation Bot. These Terms survive the termination of your use of the Carbit Moderation Bot.
Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Carbit Moderation Bot shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Carbit regarding the Carbit Moderation Bot.
