Introduction
Welcome to Cá Rán Comic ("we," "us," or "our"), a mobile application and associated services (collectively, the "Services") designed to provide users with access to comics, manga, graphic novels, and related content. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App or our website.
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference), and any applicable additional terms (e.g., for premium features). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material updates via in-App notifications, email, or our website.
These Terms apply to all users worldwide. Users under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) must have parental consent. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

1. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation: To access certain features (e.g., saving progress, personalized recommendations), you must create an account with accurate information (e.g., email, username). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
Age Restrictions: You must be at least 13 years old (or the local minimum age) to use the Services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of minors without consent.

Our Content: All comics, artwork, text, designs, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by us or our licensors (e.g., comic publishers). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content solely for personal, non-commercial use on the App.
User-Generated Content (UGC): If the Services allow uploads (e.g., reviews, fan art), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, modify, and distribute your UGC for promotional or operational purposes. UGC must comply with these Terms and not infringe third-party rights.
Restrictions: You may not:
Copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content.
Reverse-engineer the App or extract source code.
Remove copyright notices or watermarks.
We respect intellectual property rights and may remove infringing content upon notice (see DMCA policy below).
3. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe community, you agree not to engage in:
Illegal Activities: Violating laws, including copyright infringement, harassment, or distributing harmful materials.
Harmful Behavior: Posting spam, hate speech, explicit content unsuitable for general audiences, or threats.
Technical Abuse: Overloading servers, using automated tools to farm content, or disrupting other users.
Commercial Use: Reselling access, advertising without permission, or using the Services for business without our written consent.
We may report violations to authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free and Paid Tiers: Basic access is free; premium features (e.g., ad-free reading, offline downloads) require a subscription. Details are in the App store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Billing: Payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., Apple, Google). You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Prices may change with notice.
Refunds: No refunds for partial periods; contact support for disputes. We comply with applicable consumer laws (e.g., 14-day cooling-off in EU).
Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes on your purchases.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
As-Is Basis: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties (express or implied), including for merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted access.
Availability: We strive for reliability but do not guarantee error-free operation, data security, or compatibility with all devices.
Liability Limits: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
User Content: We are not responsible for UGC accuracy, legality, or effects. Use at your own risk.
6. Termination
By You: You may stop using the Services anytime and delete your account via App settings.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion (e.g., for service discontinuation).
Effects: Upon termination, licenses end; you must delete the App. Outstanding payments remain due.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, with Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement.
Waiver: No waiver of rights unless in writing.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
Export Controls: You comply with all export laws.
Third-Party Services: Links to external sites are not endorsements; use at your risk.
