This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Car Warning: AI Identifier (the "Application"), developed by Michail Tselepatiotis (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a Free service and is intended for use "AS IS."

When you choose to analyze a vehicle dashboard warning light:

• The captured image of your vehicle dashboard

are securely transmitted to OpenAI, a third-party artificial intelligence service provider, for processing.

Important:

• Images are transmitted only after you explicitly provide consent inside the app.

• Images are used solely to generate a diagnostic explanation.

• The Service Provider does not permanently store your images on their own servers.

• Image metadata (such as location data) is not intentionally transmitted.

AI processing is strictly used to provide the requested diagnostic result and is not used for marketing purposes by the Service Provider.

If you do not agree to AI processing, you may decline consent and the image will not be transmitted.

3. Data Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell your personal data.

Data may be shared only with:

• OpenAI (for AI diagnostic processing)

• Google AdMob (for advertising and analytics)

Each third-party provider is contractually responsible for safeguarding data according to applicable privacy laws.

4. Location Data

The Application itself does not require precise GPS location.

Coarse location data may be collected automatically by advertising providers (such as AdMob) based on IP address for advertising and analytics purposes.

5. Data Retention

• AI diagnostic images are not permanently stored by the Service Provider.

• Analytics and diagnostic data may be retained as required for performance monitoring.

• Advertising-related data retention is governed by the respective third-party provider.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
