This Privacy Policy explains how Car Flow (the “Application”) processes information when you use the game. The data controller is Massimo Verzeni, publishing under the developer name Ciampone (“we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us at carflowpuzzle@gmail.com.
Car Flow can create an anonymous Unity Authentication player identifier and use Unity Cloud Save to store game progress and settings, such as completed levels, stars, clues, rewards, preferences and purchase entitlements. We do not require you to provide a name or email address to play. Unity and network providers may process technical connection information, including an IP address, to deliver and secure these services.
Unity Analytics remains inactive unless the player first selects 18 or older and then chooses Allow analytics in the Application. We store only the selected age group on the device; we do not collect or transmit a date of birth. If the player selects Under 18, or does not make an age choice, Analytics remains off and the game remains fully playable.
If an eligible player consents, we process:
a randomly generated, pseudonymous installation identifier;
session activity, including app opens, session count, foreground play time and the last level played;
level activity, including the level and its content revision, time spent, completion, stars, attempts, retries, failures and clue use, including when a clue is used;
app, device and runtime information, approximate region derived from network information, and diagnostic or performance information; and
purchase transaction events supplied by the Unity In-App Purchasing integration, without full payment-card or bank-account details.
We use this information to understand how the Application is used, measure retention, find levels where players get stuck or stop playing, improve level order and difficulty, diagnose technical problems and protect the reliability of the service. We do not send names, email addresses, messages, contacts, photos, precise location or payment-card details in our custom analytics events.
Analytics is optional. Refusing it does not prevent you from playing. You can review the age group and change the Analytics choice at any time from Settings > Gameplay analytics. Choosing not to allow Analytics, or later revoking consent, stops new Analytics collection.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and Unity In-App Purchasing. We receive transaction status, product identifiers and entitlement information needed to provide and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.
Car Flow uses Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising providers to show ads and measure delivery, interaction, fraud and technical performance. Depending on the provider, device settings and applicable law, these services may process approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, device identifiers and advertising identifiers. The introduction of Unity Analytics does not change the Application’s existing advertising behavior or advertising choices.
Where consent is required, we rely on your consent for optional Unity Analytics. You may refuse or withdraw it without losing access to the game. We process data needed for game progress, purchases, service delivery and security to perform the service you request and for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable game, subject to applicable law. Advertising providers determine or document their own applicable legal bases and controls for their processing.
We use service providers only for the purposes described above:
Unity Technologies, for Authentication, Cloud Save, Analytics, Developer Data, In-App Purchasing and advertising services. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Google, for Google Play distribution, billing and related platform services. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
These providers may process information on our behalf or for the service they provide, and may operate in countries other than yours. We do not sell the custom gameplay analytics described in this policy. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, subject to the retention settings and legal obligations of the relevant service. Analytics retention follows the Unity project and service settings. Aggregated reports may no longer identify an individual installation.
From Settings > Gameplay analytics, you can stop Analytics and use Delete analytics data to request deletion of Analytics data associated with the current installation. The request is sent to Unity and is retried if the device is temporarily offline. Revoking Analytics also removes the Application’s local cumulative Analytics history; it does not delete game progress or purchases.
For deletion of an anonymous player profile and associated Cloud Save data, follow our account deletion instructions or email carflowpuzzle@gmail.com with the Player ID shown in the Application. Some transaction or legal records may be retained where required by law.
Data sent to Unity and Google is encrypted in transit. We and our providers use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Car Flow can be played by teenagers. Optional Unity Analytics is disabled for players who select Under 18 and for players whose age group is unknown. The age-group choice is stored only on the device and is not sent as an Analytics event. We do not ask children or teenagers to provide a name, contact details or date of birth for Analytics. If you believe a child’s information has been collected contrary to this policy, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required. A parent or guardian may also use the deletion methods above.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise a right, contact carflowpuzzle@gmail.com and include the Player ID shown in the Application where relevant so we can identify the correct pseudonymous record.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice where required.
