1. Information We Collect
CapySudoku does not require an account and does not actively collect your name, phone number, or precise location.
On-device data (stored locally on your device; not uploaded to our own servers):
• Level progress, in-game currency balance, skin and board unlock status
• Daily challenge completion records
• Preferences such as sound, haptics, vivid cells, dark mode, and language
This version does not include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs (including Google Firebase). We do not send gameplay events or diagnostic data to our servers.
In-app purchases (if any):
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
2. Permissions
• Haptics: used only when you enable haptic feedback
• This version does not request camera, contacts, microphone, photo library, or location access
Core gameplay works offline. System features such as sharing or opening links may use the network, but we do not upload your game progress to our own servers.
If future versions add ads, analytics, crash diagnostics, or cloud saves, we will update this policy and obtain consent when required.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third parties only as needed to process purchases through Apple, or when required by law.
4. Security and Retention
Local data is stored with the app on your device. Uninstalling the app may erase local progress.
5. Children's Privacy
The app is intended for a general audience. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will address it promptly.
6. Your Choices
You may uninstall the app to remove local data, or adjust preferences in Settings.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted in the App (and on this page if published online). Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
