치퐁캡처(이하 “앱”)는 화면 위에 떠 있는 곰돌이 버블로 화면을 사진 또는 애니메이션 이미지로 캡처하는 도구입니다. 개발자 chifong은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 이 앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·전송·공유하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
앱은 이름, 이메일, 위치, 연락처, 기기 식별자 등 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 계정 로그인이 없으며, 분석 도구·광고 SDK·제3자 라이브러리를 통한 데이터 수집도 없습니다.
2. 화면 캡처 데이터의 처리
• 이용자가 버블을 탭하거나 길게 누를 때에만 Android MediaProjection으로 화면을 캡처합니다.
• 캡처된 이미지는 전적으로 기기 내부에서만 처리·인코딩되며, 이용자의 갤러리(Pictures/BubbleCapture/)에 저장됩니다.
• 캡처된 화면 내용은 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않으며, 외부 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다. 네트워크로 나가는 데이터가 없습니다.
• 저장된 이미지는 전적으로 이용자의 소유이며, 이용자가 직접 보관·삭제·공유를 관리합니다.
3. 사용 권한과 이유
• 다른 앱 위에 표시 — 화면 위에 캡처 버블을 띄우기 위함.
• 화면 녹화(MediaProjection) — 이용자가 캡처를 실행할 때 화면을 가져오기 위함.
• 알림 — 캡처 진행 상태와 저장 완료를 알리기 위함.
• 포그라운드 서비스 — 캡처 세션을 유지하기 위함.
• 진동 — 녹화 시작 시 촉각 피드백.
• 부팅 완료 수신 — 재부팅 후 원탭 복구 알림을 제공하기 위함.
• 저장소(Android 9 이하) — 이미지를 갤러리에 저장하기 위함.
앱은 접근성 서비스를 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 데이터 보관 및 제3자 제공
앱은 어떤 데이터도 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 제3자에게 정보를 판매·공유·제공하지 않습니다.
5. 아동
앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동을 포함한 누구로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 방침 변경
본 방침이 변경될 경우 이 페이지에 갱신된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

BubbleCapture (the “App”) is a tool that captures your screen as a photo or animated image using a floating bear bubble. The developer, chifong, respects your privacy, and this App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects no personal information — no name, email, location, contacts, or device identifiers. There is no account or login, and no data is collected through analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party libraries.
2. How Screen Capture Data Is Handled
• The screen is captured via Android MediaProjection only when you tap or long-press the bubble.
• Captured images are processed and encoded entirely on your device and saved to your gallery (Pictures/BubbleCapture/).
• Captured screen content is never sent to the developer or any third party and is never uploaded to any server. No data leaves your device over the network.
• Saved images belong solely to you; you control their storage, deletion, and sharing.
3. Permissions and Why They Are Used
• Display over other apps — to float the capture bubble.
• Screen recording (MediaProjection) — to capture the screen when you trigger it.
• Notifications — to show capture status and save results.
• Foreground service — to keep the capture session alive.
• Vibrate — haptic feedback when recording starts.
• Receive boot completed — to offer a one-tap recovery notification after a reboot.
• Storage (Android 9 and below) — to save images to your gallery.
The App does not use the Accessibility Service.
4. Data Retention and Third Parties
The App stores no data on any server and does not sell, share, or disclose information to third parties.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will post the updated text and effective date on this page.
