Important Booking Information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates are based on a per-person, twin or triple-sharing basis, per night. If a room is occupied by only ONE person, the full room rate will apply.

• Proof of identity and nationality may be required upon request. 

• A Marine Park Conservation Fee applies to all visitors and will be collected separately by the respective authorities at the jetty.

• Accommodation availability at the time of inquiry does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of guests' particulars and the required deposit payment.

BOOKING CANCELLATION & CHANGES

• All bookings are non-refundable. 

• Date changes are allowed if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. 

• No warranty is provided on weather conditions, and no refunds will be issued due to weather-related disruptions.

FINAL DISCREPANCY

• All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, quoted prices do not include any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the Malaysian Government.

• Captain's Longhouse shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to last-minute cancellations, delays, or changes made by guests within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in. Captain's Longhouse reserves the right to charge for any additional expenses incurred.

• Guests are advised to follow the recommended boat schedules to minimize waiting times and avoid additional costs when commuting on boat transfers to and from the island.

• All activities offered on the island are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, visibility, and guests' physical abilities. For safety reasons, Captain's Longhouse reserves the right to cancel or modify activities as deemed necessary.
