Being in stressful hours of a work environment with a sedentary lifestyle, the only tool to give me a better and tension-free life is to exercise and maintain an excellent physique as well as stress-free mental health.
Lack of excess to a GYM or GYM equipment was always a challenge to me, so my studies and experience have come up with various types of BODY WEIGHT TRAINING to get a proper workout on all muscle types. Now I can not only maintain a good physique but also a muscular and vascular body as I always dreamed of.
