1. Each capstone project group should come with the component level layout of the project and estimate of fund requirements (component wise cost) duly approved by the supervisor/mentor (Template for budget allotment is circulated through email).
2. It is suggested that all the member of a group must present during the fund allocation. Student(s) who is absent during the above mentioned time, any member(s) who can explain the project can come.
3. Hard copy of the project layout is compulsory during the meeting with finance committee.
4. Finance committee will review the proposals and allocate fund to individual groups.
First CAPSTONE finance committee interaction with students will take place on February 22, 2019. The details are as follows:
Venue: B201
Groups (46 to 75): 5.00PM to 5.30PM
Groups (76 to 85 ): 5.30PM to 6.00PM
Groups (1 to 30): 6.00PM to 6.30PM
Groups (31 to 45): 6.30PM to 7.00PM .

For all CAPSTONE related purchases the decision of the committee will be final.
Following procedure has to be followed by the teams for receiving the grant:
Fill the form indicating your requirements in consultation with your CAPSTONE mentor (CAPSTONE Financial Requirements)
Meet the committee on the scheduled time (Every Tuesday in ECED seminar hall at 4 pm) for discussion of your requirements and subsequent decision/approval of the committee.
Meet Mr Gundeep Singh (Digital Communication Lab), present him the list of things to buy.
Mr Gundeep Singh will purchases the items.
In case you have to buy things from online sellers follow the following steps:
Meet the lab incharge and apprise him about your requirements
Get his signed permission to buy items online.
Get the list countersigned by your mentor.
Get it signed by Head of the Department.
Buy the items.
Present the bills to lab incharge for reimbursement.
In case of any discrepancy send an email to CAPSTONE co-ordinator/HECED.
