"The Capstone groups, who have already get their budget approved from the Finance Committee, are required to submit the Original Hard Copy of the Cash Memo/Bills in the Capstone Lab. The last date of submitting the bills is the 15th of September 2021 beyond that your approved budget will be considered null and void."

Fill the form (Form) indicating your requirements in consultation with your CAPSTONE mentor
Get signatures of the mentors on the form (no form without the signatures will be accepted)
Submit the pdf copy of the signed form to the finance committee members by email, all members must be copied in the email together with your mentor. The finance committee members are as follows:

Project report: Hard bound (with navy blue color), formatted (in accordance with guidelines on the website) and signed by supervisor,
