Cancellation Policy

• Minimum Notice Requirement: 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a Cancellation fee. 

• No-Show Policy: 

Clients who miss appointments without sufficient notice (24 Hours) will incur a full session fee. This policy helps maintain the therapist's schedule and financial stability. 

• Repeat 'No Show" or Cancellations will be required to make a 

non-refundable payment, when booking  their next appointment.
