Our app is a finance and bookkeeping application designed to help users manage invoices, bills, quotations, purchase orders, and financial reports such as Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss.

We may collect the following information: email address and password for account authentication, user and business details, customer and supplier information, financial data such as invoices, bills and transactions, uploaded images of invoices or documents, and app usage data including crash logs and performance information.

We use this data only to provide core app functionality such as managing accounts, storing financial records, generating reports, improving app performance, fixing bugs, and providing customer support.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data only with trusted services such as cloud storage providers, analytics and crash reporting tools, or when required by law.

We request camera and photo access only to allow users to capture and upload invoices or documents for record keeping purposes. We do not access your media without permission.

We use Face ID only for secure login authentication. Your biometric data is never stored or shared by us and remains on your device.

We do not collect or track your location unless explicitly required for a feature.

We use industry-standard security measures and encryption to protect your data.

This app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your data at any time.

Permissions Used in App
