From Silos to Inclusion: Sounds Great, but How to Actually Make it Happen?
In order to do our jobs well as graduate enrollment professionals, we know we need the help and input of others from across our institutions. But how do you make that happen in a way that isn’t time-consuming, painful, or counter-productive? Our keynote speaker, Jamie Kaintz, the Dean of Student Services at the International Institute for Restorative Practices Graduate School, will share how a commitment to collaborative, cross-functional work grounded in restorative practices has helped the IIRP Graduate School thrive. She will share specific examples and practices that you will be able to employ in your institution to help make the move away from working in silos and towards effective collaboration that helps you achieve your recruitment goals.
Jamie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Cedar Crest College and a Master of Science in Restorative Practices from the IIRP Graduate School. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Bay Path University.
