Cape Town Centre for Unity is a holistic wellness centre located in Newlands, Cape Town. 

It is a place where people from all walks of life can come together to connect, explore, and be inspired, in celebration of our shared humanity.

Our mission is to provide programmes, spaces, and experiences that support engagement, personal growth, and holistic well-being.

Through workshops, training programmes, retreats, live events, performances and more, Cape Town Centre for Unity will offer opportunities for visitors to participate in meaningful ways that encourage connection and expansion.

All our facilities support group practice, collaboration, and community building within a heart-centred environment in which facilitators and practitioners can learn and grow, in alignment with our Centre’s purpose.

Our venues (The Sufi Temple, Temple Gardens, Harmony Shala, Creation Space & The Stoep) are all available as venues for hire, for hosting activities aligned with our Centre’s mission of facilitating connection and fostering unity.
