The garden is located behind the church, between the sanctuary and fellowship buildings. Access is around the cemetery or around the fellowship. Please come and visit it! More will be added!

New Pastor and Service Time

Starting June 29th, Capers Chapel will have a new pastor, Rev. Barry Allen of Rock Hill. Capers Chapel will also leave the Pomaria Charge from New Hope UMC and join Shady Grove UMC to form a new charge. Service time will change from 9:30 to 9:00 AM.

Fourth Saturday Dinner

A Fourth Saturday Dinner will be hosted on June 28th at the Fellowship Hall at 5:00 PM. The dinner is to welcome our new pastor, Rev. Barry Allen, who will hold his first service at Capers Chapel in the morning after the Saturday Dinner (June 29th).

The Fifth Saturday Dinner will be hosted on Saturday, June 29th at the Fellowship Hall at 5:00 PM. Please bring food that goes with ham.

World Day of Prayer is on March 1, 2024. Our World Day of Prayer service will be held March 1st at 7 PM at Pomaria Lutheran Church, 210 Folk St, Pomaria, SC.
