It's spring! Time to get the grills fired up and have a bar-be-que. Join us for the Lions Club's homestyle BBQ chicken dinner and have a great evening out with friends and neighbors, even as you support fundraising for community needs (click the link to see who our fundraising goes to help).Â
Dinners include a half chicken (!), homemade cole slaw, baked potato, bread, desserts, and soft drinks (BYOB if you'd like a bottle of red or white with Henny Penny).
$18 per person

Family fun day: June 13th!
Family Fun Day, a community festival, takes place every June at Fort Williams Park. This year, the event will be held from 10 am to dusk on Saturday, June 13, with a rain date on Sunday, June 14. The Lions Club is an integral part of the festival, providing carnival games, rides, and picnic foods to celebrate the beginning of summer. See the Family Fun Day website for more information.
2025-2026 Lions Club Member Meeting Calendar:
Meetings for members are held in the Bowery Beach Schoolhouse, with socializing and music at 6:00 pm, dinner at 6:30 pm, and community presentations to follow. We don't meet during the summer.
