You are ½ mile from Sands Park which offers Pickleball, Tennis and more and less than ½ of a mile to great fishing on the Spreader, which is one of the major waterways that meanders through a natural setting. Another full bathroom services the guest bedrooms as well as offers direct access out the pool. The main living area is bright and airy with an 8’ tall wall of sliders that opens to the Outdoor living area, the heated pool, and views of the salt water canal!
Our large kitchen is fully equipped to handle all of your culinary adventures. We also have a brand new weber grill on the Lanai. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets every night after dinner with the ideal western exposure from the Lanai or from almost any space inside.
