All Cherokee County Schools use the Canvas learning management system for digital as well as in school instruction. It allows students, teachers, and parents to access course content, assignments and grades.
Students learn how to access/use Canvas at school. Their teachers will provide them with their login information. It can also be accessed from home by students and/or parents.
Parents need to create a Parent Account and pair their account with their student’s account. Here are some brief tutorials to help parents get familiarized with Canvas.
Username: Sxxxxxx@cherokeek12.net
replace "xxxxxx" with your student's ID number (lunch number).
Password: ssxxxxxx (this is the standard format unless your student has changed his/her password). replace "xxxxxx" with your student's ID number (lunch number).
If your student does not remember his/her password, please contact his/her teacher/school admin to have it reset.t.
Username: Use the email address you used to create your Canvas Parent account.
Password: Use the password you entered when you created your Canvas Parent account.
