buyer opt. to return, he/she must purchase a new number.

surcharge.
7. All sales are final and all items are offered in “as is” condition.
8. Buyers may only appeal an item that is erroneously described by the auctioneer and only before the end of the bidding.

inspect the item as soon as they receive it to confirm it is as described. WARNING… an item which is
described in “as-is” condition may not be returned.
9. The Canton Magicrafters reserve the right to refuse to sell any item.

How We'll Conduct The Auction (And Advice For Sellers And Buyers)
We Will conduct The Auction As Follows..
For each seller, we'll sell 10 items then move on to the next seller. To maximize the returns to the buyers, each seller will be asked to determine which 10 items he/she wants to sell in each subsequent round of sales. Only 10 items from each seller will be sold at a time so that all the sellers will get a better chance at highlighting their best stuff. We advise the sellers to pick at least a few of their best items to be sold early since bidders tend to be more active at the beginning of the sale.
The item to be sold will be displayed and a brief description will be given. We advise the sellers to prepare a description of any questionable or unusual item. Include these details: Condition of item? Are there directions? Is it complete? Retail value? Is it rare?
Sellers are advised to correct the auctioneer if their item is described incorrectly. Buyers may return an item if the description is wrong and an item being re-sold goes for way less than it's worth.
Buyers are advised to inspect the items they are interested in prior to their sale to avoid misunderstandings later.
The auctioneer will begin the bidding based on what he feels the item may sell for. Once the bids are exhausted the winning buyer should hold up his number immediately so he's recorded as the new owner and the auction can resume quickly.
Items sold in "as-is" condition are strictly buyer beware and not returnable.
