Michal has worked closely with leaders across multiple industries as a dynamic sidekick. Her strong arts background became the adaptable backbone for varied types of support, from international program management to client services and directing operations.

A lifelong learner driven by creative endeavors, Michal takes a detail-oriented approach to meaningful work. If there's a need for new systems of organization, management tools, or approaches, she's already scoping out the best solutions and ways to implement them. 

In her free time, Michal enjoys being outside, improvising in the kitchen, and seeking local recommendations on adventures to new places.

Michal thrives on finding the "yes" and filling in the gaps. Whatever the idea or vision, she's ready to jump in and make it happen.

Kate spent the early years of her career honing her organizational and critical thinking skills as an executive administrator in fields ranging from civil service to legal offices. She began her career in Canada where she was raised, and has since become a US citizen. Since then, she has spent several years leveraging her communication and project management skills at a non-profit that is near to her heart.

Creative at heart, Kate loves to cook, make pottery, and listen to music. She is a self-proclaimed 'cat lady', and is always looking for new food and cocktail recommendations to try out.

Kate feels that reliability, honesty, and integrity are the core values that make her good at what she does. 

jose luis

Jose began his professional life in fast food and restaurant management, and is a firm believer that making it there is a strong foundation for success just about anywhere. He went on to spend a couple of decades in the corporate world, most often in senior leadership roles running various department operations. He brings an organic project management approach to most things and prides himself on balancing perspectives from forest to trees.  

In work and play, Jose is passionate about end user experience and discovering simpler ways to do things. When not at his desk, he's into fitness, travel, and reading... or the opposite of all those things, immersing himself in a good video game.

Primary motivators for Jose include being known as a go-to person, delivering 'wow' level work quality, and helping people unlock their most powerful selves.
