In addition to enjoying an outdoor picnic lunch with your Cannon scholar, we will also be hosting an outdoor book fair during the designated lunch times to support your summer reading plans. Afterhour outdoor book fair options will be offered Wednesday, May 26 from 3:30-6:00 pm and Thursday, May 27 from 12:00 - 3:30 pm. Remote learners are welcome to attend grade level picnics and summer reading outdoor book fair opportunities!

You will park in the front visitor lot and walk to the front awning. We will check parents in at a table prior to entering the picnic location.
All visitors will need to wear a mask at all times unless you are sitting and eating lunch.
Please bring a blanket, towel, or lawn chairs for you and your child to sit on. Each space must be socially distanced from other families and children.
Only members of your family may share a single blanket/towel.
Each child may have no more than two guests present at the picnic.
Your homeroom teacher will have a designated area for the class to sit near one another.
Our cafeteria staff will be providing sack lunches on the day of your student’s class picnic for all students through our lunch line. If you would like to bring your child something else to eat please feel free to do so. All visitors will need to provide their own lunch if you wish to eat with your student. Our cafeteria will not be able to provide any guests meals.
During picnic times, we will be hosting an outdoor summer reading book fair!
Due to scheduling concerns, we will not have “makeup” picnic days. If you are unable to attend,
All students will join the grade level picnic on their designated day. This is not dependent on a family member joining them.
We are very excited to be able to invite our families to campus within our safety guidelines! We look forward to celebrating your children, and partnering with you to end the year with a fun family event. Additional information will be shared with kindergarten and 5th grade families regarding Thursday, May 27th celebration opportunities.
