Go to your app store and download "Metamask."

Open Metamask and tap "Get Started." Then tap "Create a new wallet." Scroll down and tap "I agree."

Enter a strong password, check the box, and tap "Create password."

Choose whether you want to use FaceID for the app.

Tap "Start" and tap "Start" again.

Tap "View" and then write down the 12 words, in order, in a safe place. Keep this list in a safe place as it is the only way you can recover your account if something happens to the app. It is not recommended to store these words on your computer or anywhere they could be compromised. Tap "Continue."

Tap the 12 words in the order they appeared on the previous screen. Click "Continue." Then tap "Complete Backup."

Now you have your wallet set up! If you ever need to give the address to your wallet, just tap the light blue oval and it will copy the address to your clipboard.

Open the app "Metamask."

Tap the hamburger menu in the top left of the screen and choose "Add Funds."

Tap "Buy ETH."

Type an amount that you want to fund and tap "Done."

Choose a payment method. Choosing "Bank Account" has the lowest fees, but can take several days to verify. Using Debit/Credit or Apple Pay has a higher processing fee, but takes only minutes. Some cards won't be accepted through either of these options if the card is classified as a prepaid card.

After you choose a method, just follow the prompts to input your card or bank information.

Open the app "Metamask."

Tap the hamburger menu in the top left of the screen and choose "Browser." Type the URL "opensea.io" and tap "Go."

Tap the search icon and type "CannaNugs."

Scroll down until you find the token you like. You can filter by attributes or search by name as well. Tap on the NFT you choose.

On the next page, tap "Buy Now."

Scroll down and check the box next to "I understand..." then tap "Complete Purchase."

Tap "Approve." It may take a few minutes to process.

After you've purchased your NFT, you can see it by going to the homepage of the app and tap "NFTs." If the app says "No NFTs yet", tap "Import NFTs", then tap "Turn on NFT detection in Settings." On the next page, turn on the slider for "Enable OpenSea API" and "Autodetect NFTs." Go back to the home page and your NFT will be visible there.
